From its offices in Geneva and Morges, the 220 employees of** CROSS** serve a wide range of clients with proven expertise combined with a recognized commitment and dynamism. **CROSS **is part of the **MICROPOLE** group, an international player in Digital Services, present in Europe and Asia.

As part of the strengthening of our activities, we are looking for a **Cloud Native Engineer / Cloud Developer** in **Geneva**.
**Main Tasks**:
- A drive to learn new things, continuous improvement following company’s internal education program
- Build cloud native solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP- Communicate well and good in client relationship, effective at understanding our product portfolio and how to promote our offer.
- Coordinate and organize a software development team on a technical level.
- Demonstrate and share his passion and enthusiasm for technology and its adoption.
- Enjoy understanding, influencing and challenging the business requirements and discussing with business partners.
- Experienced in appropriate methodologies and design patterns.
- Support the implementation of CI/CD, Quality Assurance, Automated Testing, shipping code to production many times per day with quality
- Demonstrable experience in technically planning software development projects, defining, describing and defending the chosen architecture.
- Evolve re-usable architectures and document best practice patterns for cloud-native development in multiple scenarios.
- Manage stakeholder - Understand customer requirements and manage expectations for personal deliverables.- Research new cloud technologies for fit-for-purpose and socialize architecture recommendations with agile teams

**Profil**:
- Minimum of 5 year work experience in cloud native engineering on AWS, Azure or GCP
- Certified architect AWS, Azure or GCP- Strong client engagement and presentation skills and an innate ability to influence
- Fluent in English, French or German are a plus
- **
