Nutrition, plantes, hygiène de vie : tous nos conseils de santé naturelle s’appuient sur des études scientifiques et nous collaborons avec des professionnels (médecins, pharmaciens, nutrithérapeutes, chercheurs) ouverts à une autre vision de la santé.  Ce qui compte pour nous, c’est d’aider les gens à prendre soin d’eux.  Pour compléter notre équipe, nous cherchons une personne motivée pour un poste de Traffic Manager Junior dans le cadre d’un stage de 6 mois. Vous aurez une responsabilité centrale dans la réalisation des objectifs d’acquisition de leads ainsi que la possibilité d'avoir un réel impact. Über den Job Vos missions : Définir et mettre les campagnes d’acquisition sur différents médias online (Search,Youtube, Meta, TikTok, plateformes de native ads) : rédaction des annonces, préparation des landing pages, paramétrage des campagnes. Piloter les campagnes à la performance en respectant les KPI (CPL, CTR, ROI). Optimiser les tunnels de conversion pour améliorer les résultats. Mettre en place et piloter les AB tests sur tout le parcours clients. Proposer et tester de nouveaux canaux d’acquisition online. Gérer la relation avec les partenaires online. Votre profil : Diplômé d’un Master universitaire ou d’une Grande École de commerce, vous êtes passionné par le marketing online et vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres. Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) bénéficiant d'une première expérience réussie en marketing digital et plus particulièrement en SEA. Une connaissance de Google Adwords et des plateformes Meta et de native ads constituent un plus. Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et vous avez une orthographe irréprochable. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre grande rigueur.
