Mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz (Eschlikon TG, Baar ZG) und Deutschland (München) entwickeln wir innovative Softwarelösungen auf Basis von Microsoftvon bewährten Anwendungen bis hin zu smarten Erweiterungen mit Microsoft 365 Copilot und modernen AI-Technologien. Gemeinsam mit unserem erfahrenen und motivierten Services Team realisierst Du Kundenprojekte im Rahmen unseres Standard-Produkts «primedocs». Als Zusatzaufgabe befähigst du mit deinem Trainer-Flair die Kunden bei der Anwendung unserer Softwarelösung. Deine Mission ? Technische Anforderungsanalyse der Kundenbedürfnisse bei unseren Vorlagen ? Konzeptentwicklung von Vorlagen sowie deren Umsetzung mittels XML, HTML und JavaScript ? Präzise Designintegration in Office Templates ? Funktionskonfiguration, Programmierung und Tests der gewünschten Funktionalitäten werden umgesetzt (inkl. möglicher Schnittstellenkonfigurationen) ? Selbständige Kundenbetreuung in der Einführungsphase sowie bei Supportanfragen Deine Fähigkeiten ? Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Microsoft Office Palette als Power-User sowie XML, HTML und JavaScript ? Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine schnelle analytische Auffassungsgabe ? Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache ? Kundenorientiertes Denken, Motivationsfähigkeit und Talent, dich und deine Arbeit optimal zu organisieren ?
