Tasks Actively develop existing businesses and strategies for reaching new prospects and expanding the customer base; Contact clients via telephone and mail; Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system; Manage social media channels; Capability to understand and memorize company’s offerings, technology and products; Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries; Educate prospects/customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services in order to drive engagement; Administrative work (for example managing post). Requirements Fluent in German and English (full working proficiency); Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments; Background or experience in Sales/Customer Service; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to embrace the team culture approach; Works well in a matrix organization.
