**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Verantwortung für das Sales-Controlling, inklusive der Erstellung von Vertriebsanalysen und -berichten zur Umsatz
- und Margenentwicklung
- Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen im Vertrieb
- Erstellung von Forecasts und Budgets für den Vertriebsbereich
- Monitoring und Bewertung von Vertriebskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um gemeinsam Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsprojekten
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Sales-Controlling-Prozess

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Vertrieb
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebscontrolling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Sales-Controlling-Tools und ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
