Responsibilities Own and deliver FastTrack's customer and partner experience. Provide architectural guidance and advice to proactively help customers identify and mitigate risk to ensure project success. Improve the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 experience by identifying and working with other colleagues within Microsoft to get product features built, processes implemented, policies changed, and capturing supporting data. Evangelize the FastTrack Program to others inside Microsoft including field sales staff, technical support, engineering, and most importantly to our Partners and Customers. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. Dynamics 365 implementation experience in end-to-end ERP projects in various capacities such as Architect, Functional or Technical Lead. Experience in delivering Dynamics 365 Solutions on any or combination of Dynamics 365 Apps such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Human Resources and or Dynamics 365 Project Operations. Power Platform experience including Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Power BI. Experience in a customer or partner-facing role of any capacity. Domain skills in one of the following is a must – Professional Services, Public Sector, Distribution, Manufacturing or Retail. Good understanding of Azure technologies in the areas of Integration, Networking, Monitoring, Security.
