This exciting role establishes and standardizes processes to increase performance and quality. For goal achievement, data-driven decision-making and strong alignment among different teams are key.   Key Responsibilities:  * Implement digital or process based solutions that standardize and simplify daily business in the Optical Inspection department  * Analyze complex datasets to gain insight and propose improvement opportunities  * Support the Process Engineers on projects related to process improvement, digitalization, new product introduction and other Optical Inspection related topics      Qualifications - Education and Experience:   * A completed bachelor's or ongoing master's degree in Nature Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain or Industrial Automation (Technical, Data Analytics, or Statistical degrees).     Qualifications - Skills: * A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry * Very good German and English skills, other languages are a plus * Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools  * Lean / Six Sigma / Process Excellence methodology interest  * Experience building and interpreting dashboard analytics   * Familiarity with PowerBI and/or Tableau   * Able to understand scientific data and to translate these into a practical narrative * Team spirit, creativity, proactivity and a strong organizational talent       Our Offering: * 6/7 months full time internship in an international healthcare company to grow your professional experience, start date February 2026 * The chance to be part of a world-leading company in the research and development of innovative medicines and to have this medical affairs experience added to your CV. * Great team and excellent sense of belonging * Flexible working conditions with the opportunity of 40% remote work if the job allows * Many attractive benefits support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
