Zusammen mit deinem Team bist du für ein reibungsloses Backoffice im Dienste unserer Kunden zuständig.
Hand in Hand arbeitest du mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen, um eine hohe Kundenorientierung zu erreichen.

- stellst eine hohe Offerten- und Vertragsqualität sicher.
- hältst unsere Sales- & Beschaffungs-Queue zusammen mit deinen Team up-to-date.
- übernimmst die Verantwortung, dass die Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen bis zur Rechnungsstellung schnell und reibungslos verläuft.
- koordinierst die Vertriebs- und Beschaffungsaktivitäten zwischen internen Stellen, Lieferanten und Kunden.
- übernimmst verschiedene Sachbearbeitungs-Tätigkeiten in der Auftragsabwicklung bis zur Rechnungsstellung.
- bearbeitest und überwachst die Warenbeschaffung, stets mit einem Auge fürs Detail.
- stärkst deinem Teamleader den Rücken, wenn es um administrative Arbeiten geht.
- stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team einen professionellen Auftritt am Empfangs-Desk sicher.
Das bringst du mit: - Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar.
- Erfahrung in der IT-Branche oder Bereitschaft, das entsprechende Wissen schnell aufzubauen.
- Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt (Telefon, E-Mail) mit professionellem und freundlichem Auftreten.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise bzw.
eine hohe Selbstorganisation - du behältst einen ruhigen Kopf, auch wenn es einmal hektisch wird.
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit verschiedenen ERP und CRM-Lösungen sowie fortgeschrittene M365 Kenntnisse.
- Teamgeist, Offenheit und Zuverlässigkeit.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Freude an der Kommunikation in Englisch.
