As our People System Product Owner, you'll play a key role in optimizing and evolving our HR systems landscape, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support our people and business strategy. YOUR CHALLENGE: Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Workday Core HCM, Learning, Talent areas and beyond Prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing needs and ensuring that the most critical items are delivered first Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations and automations within Workday and surrounding systems, ensuring efficient workflows and maximizing ROI Develop the Workday product by staying up to date with new features, implementing enhancements, and leveraging the reporting framework for providing insights to the business Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure our People Systems meet the organization's evolving needs Collaborate cross-functionally and with external parties in the development of our People solutions Provide support and guidance to end-users by assisting with troubleshooting issues and ensuring knowledge
