To reinforce our team, we are looking for a Center for Coaching Excellence Coordinator (100%) The Job's Mission Are you ready to drive real impact in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and creative team player to help us deliver world-class coaching journey and experiences at IMD. Key activities & accountabilities Orchestrate executive coaching programs - including scheduling, data management, contract management, etc. Acquire and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Executive Coaching Services processes and vision. Be the go-to person for coaches, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service. Ensure proper follow-up of the full lifecycle of the Executive coaching services. Help close the loop and compare contracted revenues with actuals (also in terms of design) Lead and energize our coaching community—plan events, onboard new coaches, and support continuous learning. Keep our communications sharp and our community connected, both online and in person. Help us innovate—optimize processes, support new tech rollouts, and contribute to special projects. A specific focus will be required on the implementation and development of a new coaching platform Carry out general secretarial and other administrative duties, including keeping database up to date, calendar management, purchase orders, etc. Formula for success Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Competencies Proactive Attitude, ability to handle multiple priorities in an independent manner and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Outstanding ability to organise, prioritise and produce consistently high-quality work Strong attention to details High level of Client service skills, respect confidentiality, diplomatic Highly flexible to adapt to internal and external changes Fluent English and French (spoken and written). Tech-savvy () including database management, excel, ppt.
