**About the role**:
For our client, an international federation, we are looking for their future administrative coordinator to join their current team consisting of 3 people. You will have a supportive role, where you will have a wide variety of tasks acting as a back-up to the media rights director. In this role, each day will be different, and there are a plethora of things to learn.

**Work tasks**:

- Participation in the development of marketing, partnerships and digital projects
- Development and updating a media rights database
- Obtention of broadcasting intentions and reports from broadcasters
- Contribution to the implementation of media rights (TV and digital) agreements, and communication of relevant information to broadcasters
- Assistance to the marketing team in negotiations, implementation, and delivery of sponsoring/partnership agreements

**We are looking for**:

- Language: Fluent French and English (Min C1)
- CFC employé de commerce, BA/MA in marketing or equivalent
- 2-5 years experience in administration. Previous experience in the sport sector, media rights or sponsoring is a huge plus
- Good knowledge with Office 365
- Previous experience with InDesign is a plus
