Du unterstützt unsere externen Kundschaft in Beratungsmandaten als Lead Architekt sowie mit Spot Consulting bei besonders anspruchsvollen technologischen Fragestellungen rund um Data & AI Lösungen (Datenplattformen, DWH/BI, AI/LLM, etc.). Weitere Aufgaben der Stelle: Ausbildung und Coaching von Junior Consultants auf und neben den Projekten Verantwortung für Anforderungsanalyse, Lösungsarchitektur, Erstellung von Offerten und Durchführung von Angebotspräsentationen im Presales-Prozess Leitung von strategischen Initiativen im technischen Kontext (z.B. Erarbeitung von technischen Assets, wiederverwendbaren Code-Bausteinen, etc.) Unterstützung bei Aufbau und Pflege unserer Partnerschaften mit Technologie-Anbietern wie z.B. Microsoft, AWS, Databricks oder Snowflake Aktiver Part in der technischen Community durch Förderung einer Community of Practice, Mitorganisation von Hackatons, Brown-Bag Sessions u.Ä. Deine Skills Höhere Ausbildung (Uni, FH) in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, von Vorteil mit Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Consulting im Umfeld von Data & AI in unterschiedlichen Rollen wie Entwickler, Architekt und / oder Projektleiter Tiefe Hands-On Erfahrung im Bereich Data Warehousing, BI, Analytics und AI auf mehr als einem Technologie-Stack (z.B. Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Open Source, etc.) und mehrere Fachzertifizierungen Sehr gute methodische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Architektur, Anforderungsanalyse und Projektmanagement; Zertifizierungen (TOGAF, TDWI, IREB, PMP, Scrum, etc.) von Vorteil Unternehmerisch Denken und Handeln sowie grosse Freude, für unsere Kunden technologische Aspekte mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Nutzen zu verknüpfen Flexible, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit guten Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil Bei uns arbeitest Du beim Kunden vor Ort, in einem unserer Offices in der Schweiz oder im Homeoffice.
