APCOA Switzerland AG is looking to strengthen its team in Basel with a Sales Representative in Parking Management (m/f/d): Your tasks: You will acquire service contracts in the field of parking management in Switzerland. You are responsible for identifying, building and maintaining regional accounts in the private sector and managing them from initial contact to successful contract conclusion. You conduct market, potential and location analyses and create profitability calculations. You will work on product development and create service and product offerings for existing and new customers. You conduct ongoing analyses of the relevant market and initiate necessary adjustments at Park & Control PAC Switzerland GmbH. You participate in industry-specific trade fairs, forums and congresses. You bring the following: You have experience in the sale of real estate/real estate-related services or already have B2B sales experience and possess a real estate management education. You possess a strong customer focus and embody a genuine service mentality. Your work style is results-oriented and independent. You demonstrate initiative and a high level of self-motivation. You have a business-like mindset and possess negotiation skills. You have a high willingness to travel and a category B driving licence. You speak fluent German and have good written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of French is an advantage. Understanding and speaking Swiss German is a must.
