Requirements
- A strong ability to network and build trustful relationships.
- A team player mentality, being collaborative, open-minded, and solution-oriented.
- An advanced university degree in environmental engineering, environmental management, or a related field, along with at least 8 years' professional experience in environmental management or environmental engineering, preferably in a regulated and high technology environment.
- Project management skills and familiarity with sustainability-related tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of resource circularity, waste management concepts, life cycle assessment, and energy and material flow analysis of complex technical systems.
- Proven success in leading initiatives at a global scale.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; ideally also fluent in German.
