Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Geneva, AL. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance on all company-owned equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections on tractors, trailers, and other heavy-duty vehicles to identify potential issues.
Conduct repairs and replacements as needed to maintain optimal vehicle performance.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and work completed.
Collaborate with drivers and other staff members to address any vehicle-related issues that may arise during operations.
Requirements
2-year degree in diesel mechanics or equivalent experience in medium/heavy duty truck repair.
Valid driver's license and current ASE certifications in automotive or medium/heavy duty trucks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
