Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NFT Community Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our NFT project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a community-building strategy that drives growth, engagement, and excitement around our project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Building Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive community-building strategy that aligns with our project's goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content across various platforms, including Discord, Twitter, and Telegram, to engage and grow our community.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community by responding to user inquiries, moderating discussions, and creating a welcoming environment for our users.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute community events, including contests, community calls, and online activities, to drive engagement and excitement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our game design, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and focus on community development.
  • Community Feedback: Act as the voice of the community, providing feedback and insights to inform our product roadmap and development.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in community building and management, preferably in the NFT space.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: First-hand experience with blockchain, NFTs, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Content Creation: Hands-on expertise with content creation, including articles, tweets, and visual content.
  • Event Hosting: Experience hosting virtual events and managing online communities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NFT Experience: Previous experience working on NFT projects, with a strong understanding of the NFT ecosystem.
  • Community Management: Experience managing communities for NFT and crypto projects.
  • Social Media Presence: Strong personal presence on social media platforms, including Twitter and Instagram.
