The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing our organization, processes, and tools used in the production area, as well as optimizing collaboration, costs, stability, and quality.
This exciting role offers close collaboration with development and adjacent production areas, working with highly motivated colleagues who can shape the future together.

What You Will Do:- Manage the MEMS production area with 5 direct reports, promoting and developing employees
- Further develop the organization, processes, and tools used in the production area
- Optimize collaboration, costs, stability, and quality in the MEMS area
- Strategically plan the future of operations in Staefa
- Challenging tasks in a dynamic, complex, and entrepreneurial environment
- Closely collaborate with development and adjacent production areas
- Work with highly motivated colleagues to shape the future
- Leadership and design of a highly automated semiconductor manufacturing
- Technical or scientific university degree, further education in business administration
- Several years of experience in team leadership, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing
- Comprehensive understanding of production processes and optimization methods, ERP and MES know-how
- Able to work in a high-tech environment and enjoy working with people
