We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Manager to join our team in Zurich, reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's international tax compliance, tax planning, and accounting for income and other direct and indirect taxes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with corporate finance and international tax teams to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with international tax regulations.
- Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Manage relationships with third-party consultants and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
- Provide expert advice on tax matters, including transfer pricing analysis and U.S. GAAP tax accounting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, with a CPA or equivalent certification being a plus.
