Key Responsibilities- Develop and craft compelling content for marketing materials, portfolio reports, and other collateral to support capital raising activities.
- Prepare and publish digital content for multiple online channels and targeted campaigns.
- Update pitchbooks and populate update presentation templates, leveraging AI tools.
- Prepare content for client publications and events, including Academies, investor calls, and due diligence days.
- Oversee and respond to client requests related to real estate-focused investment programs.
- Take ownership of projects to support team development and growth.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the financial industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong academic credentials, ideally in a business field.
- Excellent understanding of real estate investment, private markets, portfolio management, and associated trends.
- Strong writing skills, with flawless command of written English and a solid understanding of the financial industry.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team.
- Passionate, highly motivated, and able to handle high workloads while delivering exceptional results.
