- Develop Machine Learning Models: Create and deploy machine learning models for Trading Execution, Market Making, and Sales.
- Ensure Data Quality: Mine, cleanse, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and support use-case development.
- Develop Software Applications: Write code and algorithms in Python and Scala to create software applications, user interfaces, APIs, dashboards, and automated reports for business users.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Data Architects, Developers, and Business Developers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience: Several years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- Knowledge: Proven knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, good knowledge of Mathematical Finance and Financial Markets, and knowledge of Data Architecture, Databases, and Data Lakes.
- Skills: Advanced coding skills in Python, R, Matlab, and knowledge of C++, Haskell, Scala, and/or Java.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, Kafka, and real-time analytics, knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, and VBA, and knowledge of Webapp Development, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Dash.
- Cloud Computing: Knowledge of Cloud Computing (MS Azure or Snowflake).
- Communication Skills: Good communication and presentation skills.
