Key Accountabilities
  • Process stock-, third party-, and Chain orders for assigned customers.
  • Create price-offer calculations and coordinate with Omya plants and sales units in assigned countries.
  • Handle shipment/export processing, including document creation and coordination with forwarders.
  • Arrange inspections in plants for shipments and handle letter of credits/cash against documents transactions.
  • Coordinate customer-bonus credits for year-end closing and legalize documents at the consulate/e-origin with Chamber of Commerce.
  • Manage CRM data, create credit memos if necessary, and send dunning letters to customers.
  • Support sales managers or sales units for assigned customers and perform GR/IR checks for assigned countries.
