Job Title: Sales Assistant - Zurich

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales Assistant in our Zurich location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and supporting the sales associates in maintaining client correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure timely delivery of required items to sales associates, maintain accurate inventory records, and participate in stock-keeping activities.
  • Client Correspondence: Support sales associates in maintaining client communication through email, phone calls, or letters.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to enhance sales performance.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with sales associates to optimize sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and management.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
