Key Responsibilities:- Deliver required items to sales associates in a timely manner
- Provide updates to sales associates on order status and delivery arrangements
- Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update client records
- Swiftly report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Support sales associates in maintaining accurate store stock levels to optimize sales
- Participate in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store
- Comply with all loss prevention procedures to ensure inventory integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting sales team in maintaining client correspondence
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance sales quality
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability
