Opportunity Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our Zurich office and provide strategic leadership in human resources.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you can influence leadership, processes, and practices across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on staffing and restructuring, producing HR-related action plans aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of talent management, including talent acquisition and development, addressing co-worker performance, potential, succession planning, forecasting, and executing those plans.
  • Ensure a strategic approach to full compensation and total rewards management.
  • Deep involvement in effective organization design principles and processes.

Your Profile:

  • Demonstrable experience of improving HR leadership within a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of how to lead key HR processes and cross-functional projects, including restructuring and organizational programs.
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and delivering programs across talent development, organizational design, and total rewards.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills coupled with leadership experience.
  • German proficiency is mandatory.
