Luxury Watch Sales Coordinator

Job Description

As a Luxury Watch Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Showroom and Business Development Manager in executing sales processes. This involves managing showroom operations and related projects, including product packaging, delivery coordination, and inventory management.

You will be responsible for processing warranty claims efficiently, handling digital operations by responding to customer enquiries, assigning leads to the sales team, and initiating client communications. Additionally, you will respond effectively and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions.

Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while actively contributing to sales conversions. To achieve this, you will collaborate with internal departments, notably logistics and the service centre, to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.

The ideal candidate will possess approximately 2 years of relevant experience in sales and client interactions, preferably in luxury retail or similar high-end environments. A genuine interest in luxury watches and experience working with KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue targets, and service levels are essential.

A strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, excellent and proactive communication skills, self-sufficiency, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving are also required. Proficiency with digital tools, particularly Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft applications, is necessary.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with German being a strong advantage. Other languages are a plus.
