As a Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that shares these values and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for:
- Serving all customers with a friendly attitude, providing a comprehensive and memorable experience.
- Developing familiarity with the product range, both past and present, to offer detailed and accurate information to customers.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the features of watches and other brand products.
- Providing reliable information to customers regarding sales and customer service inquiries.
- Assisting in the presentation of merchandise according to guidelines.
- Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service across all channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Requirements
Vocational training in sales (CFC) with a few years of experience in luxury boutiques, ideally in watchmaking.
Experience working with an international clientele.
A passion for luxury retail or watches, with a natural enthusiasm for the products.
