Private Equity Internship

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Equity team as an intern. As part of this role, you will support the investment team on all aspects related to sourcing and execution of private equity investments and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and value prospective investment opportunities
  • Model business plans, LBO structures, and investment returns
  • Participate in due diligence workstreams on prospective investments
  • Draft internal investment recommendation documents
  • Conduct market research and product reporting

Requirements

  • Top-performing students in the final phase of their study at a leading university, majoring in STEM
  • Ideal initial experience in Private Equity, M&A, Strategy Consulting, Leveraged Finance, or Transaction Services
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent teamwork skills within international settings
