Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Steuerung von Debt Fondsprodukten: Sie werden die ganzheitliche Performanceverantwortung und Kontrolle von wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Investmentstrategien übernehmen.
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung von Investitionsentscheidungen: Sie werden zukunftsorientierte prozessbasierte Investitionsentscheidungen treffen und die Debt Investitionsziele sicherstellen.
  • Abstimmung von Anlagezielen: Sie werden die Anlageziele hinsichtlich Rendite, Risiko und Liquidität mit dem Global Head of Investment Management abstimmen.
  • Steuerung des Portfolios: Sie werden das Portfolio steuern und die Risiko- und Performanceanalyse durchführen.
  • Risikomanagement: Sie werden proaktives Risikomanagement durchführen und die Einhaltung von Risikovorgaben sicherstellen.
  • Berichtswesen und Stakeholdermanagement: Sie werden regelmäßige Berichte erstellen und KPIs überwachen, sowie internes und externes Stakeholdermanagement durchführen.
  • Kommunikation zu institutionellen Investoren: Sie werden zu institutionellen Investoren in Bezug auf die verantworteten Fondsprodukte kommunizieren.
Voraussetzungen und Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium: Sie sollten ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs-, Wirtschafts- oder Immobilienwirtschaftslehre, Finanzwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation haben.
  • Berufserfahrung: Sie sollten mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position haben und fundierte Kenntnisse in Fondsstrukturen und der Regulatorik institutioneller Anleger besitzen.
  • Transaktionserfahrung: Sie sollten Transaktionserfahrung im Immobilien- oder Darlehensbereich haben.
  • Zahlenaffinität und analytische Fähigkeiten: Sie sollten ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten besitzen.
  • Verständnis des Underlyings: Sie sollten ein Verständnis und Analysekenntnisse des Underlyings (Immobilien und -projekte) haben.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Sie sollten souveränes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten besitzen.
  • MS Office Kenntnisse: Sie sollten sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insb. MS Excel haben.
