Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist senior RFP team members within Institutional Clients in responding to RFP and DDQ requests, handling client requests, and coordinating responses with subject matter experts across the company.

This role involves:

  • Assisting senior team members in preparing responses to RFPs and DDQs
  • Updating and maintaining investment consultant databases
  • Developing and editing sales collateral
  • Maintaining the Q&A database and internal tools

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the financial services industry, develop strong client service skills, and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A first working experience in the financial services industry, ideally within Investment Management
  • Strong client service skills and data management abilities
  • An enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program with an excellent academic record
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to work
  • Data savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, with coding experience being a plus
  • Business fluency in German and English, with other languages being advantageous
