Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team of SAP IS-U consultants and developers. This includes strategic development of our SAP landscape in the utilities sector, planning and controlling complex SAP IS-U implementation and migration projects, ensuring timely project and task completion, quality assurance of developments and customizing settings, stakeholder management and interface communication with other departments, budget and resource responsibility for the IS-U area, and continuous process optimization and innovation.
Key Requirements
- Team Leadership: Technical and disciplinary management of a team of SAP IS-U consultants and developers.
- SAP Landscape Development: Strategic development of our SAP landscape in the utilities sector.
- Project Management: Planning and controlling complex SAP IS-U implementation and migration projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring timely project and task completion, quality assurance of developments and customizing settings.
- Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder management and interface communication with other departments.
- Resource Management: Budget and resource responsibility for the IS-U area.
- Process Optimization: Continuous process optimization and innovation.
Your Profile
- Education: Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP IS-U environment.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in the IT industry.
- SAP Expertise: Comprehensive expertise in the following SAP IS-U areas: Billing, Device Management, Contract Accounts.
- Commercial Skills: Commercial master data and tariff construction.
- Billing and Invoicing: Billing and invoicing.
- Customer Service: Customer service and customer management.
- Contract Account Management: Contract Account Receivables and Payables (FI-CA).
- Market Communication: Market communication.
- Technical Master Data: Technical master data and device management.
- AMI Experience: Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI).
- S/4HANA Utilities: Experience with S/4HANA Utilities and current SAP technologies.
- Project and Change Management: Strong project and change management skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
- Analytical Thinking: Analytical thinking skills and structured working methods.
- Language Skills: Very good knowledge of German and English.
