We're seeking a driven Manufacturing Footprint Analyst to join our team within F&B Ops Strategic Planning. As a key member of our Global Manufacturing Footprint function, you'll play a pivotal role in strategic planning and optimization of our network.



Key Responsibilities


  • Own the Global Compounding Production Transfer process, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining the transfer tracking tool.
  • Lead mass production transfer studies, analyzing feasibility and financial impact, and providing recommendations for optimal decision-making.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of site-specific operations, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Broaden your expertise and insights into production technologies beyond Fragrance Compounding.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses to drive meaningful outcomes and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Business Continuity Plan team as needed to ensure continuity and resilience.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:




  • University degree or relevant experience in Operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an operational environment.
  • Proficiency in office applications, with a preference for SAP knowledge.
  • End-to-end view and knowledge of operations and supply chain.
  • Interest in strategic and forward-looking projects.
  • Ability to deliver insightful outcomes and recommendations.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages considered a valuable asset.
