Ihre Aufgaben

Als Investment Manager bei der Empira AG sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung von Fondsprodukten im Sinne einer ganzheitlichen Performance sowie einer wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Investmentstrategie. Dazu gehören:

  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Fondsprodukten, die den Anforderungen unserer institutionellen Investoren entsprechen
  • Begleitung zukunftsorientierter prozessbasierter Investitionsentscheidungen unter Berücksichtigung der Debt Investitionsziele
  • Unterstützung des Bereiches Investment Management zur Optimierung von Rendite, Risiko und Liquidität
  • Mitgestaltung der Portfoliosteuerung sowie konstante Analyse und Überwachung von Risiko und Performance, u.a durch aktive DD-Mitwirkung
  • Erstellung und regelmässiges Reporting eines Berichtswesens sowie KPIs und internes/externes Stakeholdermanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei der Kommunikation zu institutionellen Investoren in Bezug auf die Fondsprodukte
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Investment Manager, der über:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs-, Wirtschafts- oder Immobilienwirtschaftslehre, Finanzwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren oder ähnlichen Position
  • Kenntnisse in Fondsstrukturen von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise erste Transaktionserfahrung im Immobilien- oder Darlehensbereich
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Verständnis und Analysekenntnisse des Underlyings (Immobilien und -projekte)
  • Souveränes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten in Verbindung mit ausserordentlichen Koordinations- und Steuerungskompetenzen sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insb. MS Excel
  • Zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Exaktes und sauberes Arbeiten auch unter hohem zeitlichen Druck
  • Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
