Intelligent Automation Solutions Architect

The Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence at Inter IKEA Group is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of automation solutions and drive the adoption of AI technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical expertise in cognitive automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Leadership: Provide expertise and strategic direction in cognitive automation technologies and AI for intelligent automation.
- Solution Architecture: Evaluate intelligent automation solutions, including AI technologies, to identify the best fit for business processes.
- Development and Best Practices: Develop best practices around intelligent automation, drive the creation of reusable components, and provide technical guidance and support for automation solutions.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across business units, including leaders, teams, and third-party vendors.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), in-depth knowledge in automation domains including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Conversational Automation, and AI for Intelligent Automation with a strong focus on cognitive automation technologies.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, proven track record of delivering large-scale automation projects.
