SAP S4 Order to Cash Solution Architect in Supply Chain Development

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our Supply Chain Development organization in IKEA Supply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP S4 Order to Cash solutions.

As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with our Business Analysts, External Consultants, Developers, Security & Data Privacy team, and Data Specialists to ensure seamless SAP S4 design, delivery, and maintenance that meets our high standards of automation and specialization in our global value chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the solution architecture across Order to Cash processes, including techno-functional requirements.
  • Work closely with Product/Process Owners and Lead Solution Architects to evaluate and align design changes from application maintenance perspective.
  • Support analysis of productive issues and implement resolutions, working alongside the DevSecOps team.
  • Support testing automation leveraging Solution Manager and UiPath.
  • Operational Reporting and embedded Analytics solution design & maintenance.
  • Adhere to operational governance, SLAs, and ensure desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Deep techno-functional expertise in SAP S4 HANA and/or ECC.
  • Proven track record of solving tricky SAP implementation & application maintenance challenges.
  • Ability to inspire and mobilize people towards clearly set objectives.
  • Curiosity and ability to build relationships based on trust between the Supply Data & Technology community and its stakeholders.
  • At least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects under your belt.
