We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to join our Digital Client Experience (DCX) team in Zurich. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future and enhancing our customers' experiences.

About the Role

As a Senior UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in UX Design, Development, Product Management, and Branding to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital channels in Private Banking.

  • Develop visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure a unified and scalable user experience.
  • Conduct design reviews to ensure that the user interfaces meet the highest standards.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of complex applications and ensuring their usability and accessibility. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to help establish design standards and inspire the team with best practices and innovative approaches.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled UI designer with at least five years of experience in UI design. You should have a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

  • Demonstrate your skills in using Figma for design work and Adobe Creative Suite for creating animations, illustrations, or icons.
  • Contribute your experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
  • Showcase your ability to work effectively as part of a team, presenting ideas clearly while working with diverse backgrounds.

Your fluency in German and good command of English are essential. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong initiative are also necessary for this role.
