- IT-Business Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and alignment between business and IT teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Solution Design: Design and implement innovative technical solutions that meet business needs and drive business growth.
- Accounting Integration: Ensure optimal integration of financial data into information systems to support business decision-making.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business expectations and are of high quality.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users during the implementation of new solutions and ensure a smooth transition.
- Project Management: Ensure compliance with deadlines and control of project costs while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Education: Degree in computer science or equivalent discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sectors related to industry or agro-industry.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in project management, mastery of ERP systems and modeling tools (UML, BPMN).
- Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and their application in information systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Rigor and Precision: Ability to produce detailed documents while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Customer Orientation and Quality of Service: Approach focused on meeting business needs and providing quality solutions.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and propose innovative solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
