Marketing Specialist Role

As a Marketing Specialist at GOLD AVENUE, you will be responsible for leading the creation, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring our brand narrative is cohesive and impactful.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative flair, and technical marketing skills to drive sales, engagement, and growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Marketing Campaign Management:
      • Plan and coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, web, mobile app, etc.). Ensure they go out flawlessly and are aligned with our business goals.
      • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI in collaboration with our Business Analyst.
    • Content Integration, Production & Coordination:
      • Assist the Content Manager in overseeing the integration and deployment of multilingual content across our website. Make sure that GOLD AVENUE's voice and messaging remain consistent, follow our guidelines (tone, formatting, style, etc.) and shine bright.
      • Supervise social media content scheduling and implementation, and participate in community management to foster engagement with our audience.
      • Assist the Content Team in content creation, including product descriptions, press reviews, and SEO content, ensuring alignment with SEO and brand guidelines.
    • Collaboration, Planning & Ideation:
      • Assist the Content Manager and other stakeholders to maintain and execute the Campaign elements of our strategic editorial calendar.
      • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the success of campaigns across different platforms.
      • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market discussions to identify opportunities and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, with a background in content marketing and digital strategy.
  • Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable, with fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, English, Italian, German.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and familiarity with CMS platforms.
  • Expertise in managing diverse content types and social media platforms, with a track record of driving engagement.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Tools:

  • Experience with the following tools is key: Active Campaign, Sanity, Confluence, Trello, Jira, Figma, Hootsuite, Google Suite, Slack

Conditions:

  • Contract: freelance role requiring an estimated 30 hours per week.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Location: Flexible, remote. For this long-term freelance opportunity, you will work remotely, with the option to visit our Geneva office.
