Job Title: Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Vontobel Holding AG. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines using cloud technologies such as Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop and maintain robust data models using data modeling techniques such as Inmon, Kimball, or Data Vault 2.0.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across the MIS infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and take ownership of your work.
Requirements:
  • University degree in computer science, data science, finance, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL and experience with dbt.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Experience in Python programming and cloud technologies is a plus.
