Job Description

We seek a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll to join our dynamic team in Bern or Zurich. As a key player in shaping the future of HR transformation, you will create value, drive innovation, and help clients transform into intelligent enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll solutions for clients, ensuring seamless technical implementation.
  • Analyze and develop efficient HR processes, leveraging your expertise in SAP HCM personnel administration and Swiss payroll accounting.
  • Take ownership of projects and applications, utilizing your skills in leadership and collaboration.
  • Deliver compelling training sessions to empower clients to achieve excellence.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, with certification in SF Employee Central.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM personnel administration and Swiss payroll accounting processes.
  • Proven ability to manage and organize (sub-)projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills in German paired with high social competence.
  • A business-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.
