About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will oversee controlling activities for the Wind Production & Services division, working closely with the Controlling Team for new renewable energies. Your responsibilities will include providing financial leadership for division management, focusing on wind services and solar assets. You will support the development of new business ideas, elaborate business plans, and ensure accurate reporting and planning. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and take on additional tasks and responsibilities as you grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee controlling activities for the Wind Production & Services division
- Provide financial leadership for division management, focusing on wind services and solar assets
- Support the development of new business ideas and elaborate business plans
- Ensure accurate reporting and planning
- Learn from experienced colleagues and take on additional tasks and responsibilities

Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is required. Initial relevant professional experience in a similar role and solid knowledge of ERP systems (R/3 or S/4 HANA) are necessary. Strong analytical skills, a quick grasp of complex concepts, and an excellent communicative personality are essential. A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for the field are also necessary. Fluency in German and English, along with advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, are required. Italian is a plus.
