The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong background in conceptual modelling and agile methods. They will be able to analyze existing workflows and propose optimized solutions, while also collaborating with vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating models, diagrams, and presentations to support business requirements, as well as facilitating communication among project team members. You will also assist business users in preparing updated workflows and document use- and test-cases.
As a mid-senior level analyst, you will be expected to provide concise and managerial answers to business-related topics, while also working independently and proactively to identify risks and issues.
