About the Opportunity


As a Biologics Manufacturing Operations Expert at nemensis ag, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clients' pharmaceutical and biotech projects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Process Execution and Troubleshooting: Set up, execute, and troubleshoot upstream, downstream, and support unit operations in continuous manufacturing and fed-batch processes under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Compliance and Quality Management: Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance to GMP principles and EHS standards in your area of responsibility. Manage and document process execution, deviations, changes, and CAPAs.

  • Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer: Partner with Quality Assurance and other internal stakeholders during investigations and technical discussions. Mentor and train junior team members, actively participating in knowledge transfer.

  • Technical Review and Documentation: Create and update SOPs and electronic master batch records. Conduct technical reviews of various documentation related to process transfer and GMP manufacturing.

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Education and Experience: Hold a bachelor's or master's degree and possess 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. At least 2 years of practical experience in GMP biologics manufacturing (upstream/downstream/support operations) is required.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2) is necessary for effective communication.
