Main areas of responsibility include:
- Implement and use novel analytical tools for manufacturing and release &
stability testing of Biologics under GMP/GDP
- Execute analytical method qualifications and transfers (to other MSD sites
and CROs)
- Write technical protocols, reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),
etc.
- Train analysts within our department for new technologies
**Qualifications**:
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor in Biotechnology or related field with 3 years industry experience
or Master in Biotechnology without industry experience
Required experience and skills:
- Hands-on experience with PAT tools (e.g. Raman, Online LC), mass spectro
- metry (e.g. MAM)
- Detailed knowledge of relevant CDS (Empower / Chromeleon)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German, at
least B1 - B2 in both languages
- Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional interactions
Preferred experience and skills:
- GMP working experience
- Analytical method qualification, equipment qualification
- Broad analytical and manufacturing process understanding for Biologics
Home office & hybrid working: The position is 100% on site, mainly due to the lab/process-related tasks. Irregular home office based on a need-basis is possible
