Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team at Coopers iET AG in Zürich.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders using SAP and Ariba systems.
  • Process stock movement orders, material master cleaning, and materials requirement planning.
  • Develop and implement supply planning strategies.
  • Manage returns and refurbishment planning, with a focus on supplier reports data management.
  • Oversee invoice management and spare part management.
  • Update planning files with sales actuals, forecast, supply plan, and inventory updates.
  • Provide reports on actual product availability per location.

Your Profile:

  • Must have experience in 3rd party manufacturing.
  • General knowledge of supply chain management and 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of monthly and weekly planning processes.
  • Telecoms experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and SAP experience (HANA, BI/BW, ERP).
  • Fluency in either German or English, with good proficiency in the other language.
