Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant, der sich auf die Umgestaltung unserer Business-Technologie-Lösungen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres globalen IT & Digital-Teams werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Zukunft unserer digitalisierten Geschäftsprozesse spielen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung von End-to-End-Implementierungsprojekten inkl. Design, Konfiguration, Test, Schulung, Umstellung und Berichterstattung
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität von Projektergebnissen mittels System- und Funktionstests
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen für die Definition von Anforderungen sowie zur Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung von Erwartungen mit den zu liefernden Ergebnissen
  • Übersetzung der Spezifikationen aus den Fachbereichen in daraus resultierende Entwicklungsinitiativen sowie Sicherstellung der Schnittstellen zwischen den involvierten Personen/Experten
  • Unterstützung des Entwicklungsteams bei Entwurfssitzungen sowie Implementierung von Lösungen durch plattforminterne Konfigurationen
  • Hauptansprechperson sowie D365-Expert/in für Lieferkette und Finanzen inkl. Förderung des Verständnisses für D365-Standardprozesse sowie der Einführung von Best Practices in den Geschäftsprozessen
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • BSc oder MSc in technischer oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Richtung (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatiker, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur)
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse der D365-Funktionsbereiche, einschließlich Finanzen, HR, Beschaffung, Inventar, Fertigung, Vertrieb und Power Platform Apps (D365-Zertifizierungen wünschenswert)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einstellung und Parametrisierung von D365-Modulen mit einem tiefen Verständnis für dessen Abhängigkeiten aus der Perspektive der funktionalen Prozesse und der technischen Implementierung
  • Ausgeprägte methodische und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Zielgerichtete, strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Fokus auf hervorragende Geschäftsprozesse
  • Beratungskompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke (fließend in Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Leistungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenständigkeit und Flexibilität, um auf Veränderungen adäquat reagieren zu können
  • Bereitschaft, neue Technologien zu bewerten und in Handlungen einzubeziehen
