We are seeking a skilled SAP Project Director to lead our client, Coopers Group AG, in the life sciences sector based in the Basel region. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with a strong background in SAP (FI CO / SD MM) and a passion for optimizing business operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions to enhance business performance. Key responsibilities include leading and managing SAP projects from initiation to completion, analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, and designing SAP solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • ~5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Business Analyst
  • ~ Strong understanding of SAP architecture and product portfolio
  • ~ Deep knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI, CO, SD, and MM; Proven experience in delivering successful SAP projects
  • ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ~ Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • ~ Fluent in English, with conversational German being a strong asset

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$150,000 per annum, reflecting the requirements of the role and the location.
