We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Project Business Analyst for our client, a company in the life sciences sector.

Job Description:SAP Project Business Analyst
  • Analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions to enhance business performance.
  • Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP (FI CO / SD MM) and a passion for optimizing business operations. If you are a motivated professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization. The successful candidate will design SAP solutions tailored to specific business needs and ensure successful implementation.

The job also requires the ability to develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure system functionality. Providing training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users is also a crucial part of this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and product portfolio.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI, CO, SD, and MM.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful SAP projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, with conversational German being a strong asset.
Estimated Salary Range: 120,000 - 150,000 CHF per year

This salary range takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for this role, as well as the location in the Basel region. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
