Financial Planning Analyst

About the RoleThis permanent position involves supporting organization performance review across multiple areas, including sales and cost management. The successful candidate will engage in leading planning processes and assessing their outcomes, creating regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with colleagues to collect information and support problem-solving, developing simulation models and analyses, investigating irregular transactions, and maintaining internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Support organization performance review in sales and cost management.
- Lead planning processes and assess their outcomes.
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to collect information and support problem-solving.
- Develop simulation models and analyses.
- Investigate irregular transactions.
- Maintain internal documentation.
The ideal candidate has a degree in business administration, focusing on management and financial accounting. They possess several years of work experience in a similar position and environment, excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and experience working with SAP HANA Finance (FICO) or a similar ERP system. Advanced skills in scripting (VBA, Python) and BI systems (Power BI, SAP Analytics) are highly desirable. Fluency in Business Korean and English is essential, with German proficiency being an added advantage. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance are also required.
