We're seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our team at Project A Ventures and drive the development of our partner company's Account Management strategies.

In this role, you'll focus on ensuring that clients receive exceptional experiences and contribute to various growth projects.

About the Job

As an Account Strategist, you'll become an integral part of our Customer Success & Account Management team, collaborating closely with Product and Sales to drive cross-functional initiatives.

You'll build and maintain high-value, trusted business relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.

Lead strategic account management efforts aimed at expanding accounts, maximising client retention and reducing churn.

Proactively support clients and handle escalations in partnership with the Customer Success team.

Champion client renewals and activations in coordination with the Sales team.

Occasionally travel across Europe to engage with customers, attend events, and support the team.

Your Profile

We're looking for a proven track record in Account Management with B2B Enterprise clients in the DACH region and/or Europe.

Ability to manage client relationships within complex enterprise organisational hierarchies.

Advanced commercial awareness as well as emotional intelligence.

Resilient, empathetic, and possessing an entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, native or bilingual proficiency in German and English; Italian is a plus.
