Financial Accountant

ALSO Holding AG is a company that connects customers and suppliers from the ICT industry.

Key responsibilities

  1. Accurate booking of goods invoices and credit notes for EU and local commodities.
  2. Process purchase discounts from local and foreign counterparties within EU and outside EU.
  3. Compensate trade-related transactions.
  4. Analyze and reconcile balances and settlements.
  5. Prepare correction notes and confirm balances and settlements.
  6. Reconcile purchase orders, explain discrepancies, and archive documentation.
  7. Reconcile RMA returns and perform three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables.
  8. Run month-end closing reports.

Requirements

  1. Experience in accounting and handling A/P processes.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  3. Good knowledge of the English language.
  4. Experience with SAP systems is an asset.
  5. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  6. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  9. Proactive and a willingness to learn.
  10. Teamwork spirit.
